Shot Put, Pole Vault, High Jump, LJ, TJ (after 55 meter)
We will run an Open Pit for the LJ (male and female) for 75 minutes after the completion of the 55m. TJ will follow the LJ (same format).
High Jump Opening (we will use 2 pits):
Girls – 4’3”, 4’6 and then by 2’ – 4’8”
Boys 5’3”, 5’6 and then by 2” – 5’8”
Pole Vault Opening
Girls – 7’0 and increments by 6″
Boys – 8’0 and increments by 6″
Note: We can start lower if you want in the PV and HJ
