Shot Put, Pole Vault, High Jump, LJ, TJ (after 55 meter).
Girls throw first in the shot.
We will run an Open Pit for the LJ (male and female) for 60 minutes after the completion of the 55m.
TJ will follow the LJ (same format).
High Jump Opening (boys followed by girls):
Girls – 4’3”, 4’6 and then by 2’ – 4’8”
Boys 5’3”, 5’6 and then by 2” – 5’8”
Pole Vault Opening (we will run it coed):
Girls – 7’0 and increments by 6″
Boys – 8’0 and increments by 6″
