2024 Union Catholic Spring Track & Field Registration
Please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Spring Track & Field Sign Up Form  Please complete this short form ASAP, so we can compile a roster
2. Complete the Union Catholic Online Paperwork
   -Here is a Link to a video showing you how to make a family account if you have never used the system before.
   -The Directions Document explains how to complete the paperwork once you are logged in.
   -This included Online Payment and Physical Form
3. Read the Spring Track & Field Athlete/Parent Guide and Fill Out the Team Contract Form
